Yesterday, as I was riding in the car, I noticed these cans with what looked like weeds sticking out of them ( they have probably been there for months.....I just hadn't noticed them before). They are there to line the street. I am not sure exactly what they are there for.( hopefully road dividers)...I am hoping someone doesn't think they are making a nice decoration on the side of the road.:)
