So, On Friday, there was a spouse's coffee morning at one of the lady's homes. I was particularly excited about this coffee because there was going to be a professional Nigerian head wrap artist there. I was a little embarrassed about how excited I was. I felt like a little girl who was going to get to put on make-up for the first time. I have been looking at the Nigerian women who have these beautiful head wraps on when they are walking down the street. It almost made me wish that it was a typical thing to have head wraps in the U.S. I have to admit, though, when she was wrapping my head...it felt like my head was the gift and it was being wrapped like a present.:)
